Dr. Hugo's staff has been together for more than a decade, showing a true closeness that could only be called "family", and offering a unique blend of competence, compassion and personalized care for each patient.
Alice Bates-Matney, BSN, RN
Alice was born and raised in Australia and has been living in Virginia since 2007. Alice is a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from Walden University. Since joining Dr. Hugo's team in 2012 she has become a vital part of the practice. Certified in advanced cardiac life support Alice is fluent in all phases of nursing from preparing our patients for laser and surgical procedures, assisting in the operating room and providing post-operative patient care. With her warm and caring nature, she is committed to providing the best surgical experience possible.
Alice is known for having a fantastic aesthetic eye. Trained to administer Botox cosmetic and dermal fillers to our patients, she's also a Coolsculpting University graduate and is knowledgeable in the most up-to-date CoolSculpting techniques.
Kryssy Foster, Practice Coordinator
Kryssy, our Practice Coordinator, has over 10 years' experience in the medical and aesthetics field, the last 5 being part of Dr. Hugo's team. With her strong management and clinical administration skills, Kryssy oversees the smooth running of office procedures and makes sure all patients are receiving top-notch service. From managing calls to scheduling your surgery or providing you with your CoolSculpting treatment, Kryssy will always make you feel like you are top priority. She wears many hats!
When she is not hard at work, Kryssy keeps busy with her equally energetic 5-year-old daughter.
